By accessing or using Ozmaico, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Ozmaico provides social media competitor analysis, trend reports, content ideas, and advanced Instagram Automation, Scheduling, and Automated Content Publishing features via the Instagram Graph API on a monthly subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
New users are eligible for a 1-week free trial with full access to all features. Only one free trial is permitted per person or business. Abuse of the trial offer — including creating multiple accounts — may result in account suspension.
Subscription is billed monthly at $120/month. Payments are processed securely. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to reverse-engineer our platform, scrape data in an unauthorised manner, or use data obtained through Ozmaico for unlawful purposes. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
All content, logos, and materials on this platform are owned by Ozmaico. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission from Ozmaico.
Ozmaico is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any analysis or automation features provided. Our service is designed to facilitate social media management and does not guarantee specific social media outcomes or engagement metrics.
We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of Ozmaico after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
