For our automated publishing services, we securely access your Facebook Login Token, linked Instagram Professional Account ID, and public profile data to execute automated posts on your behalf.
We use your data to provide our services, including competitor analysis, report generation, and Automated Content Publishing. Your Facebook and Instagram tokens are used solely to execute automated posts on your behalf as authorized by you. We do not sell your personal data to any third parties.
Your data is stored securely on protected servers. We use industry-standard encryption and strict access controls to protect your information, including your Meta access tokens, from unauthorised access or disclosure.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and improve site performance. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or share cookie data with ad networks.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at ozmaicosocial@gmail.com. We will respond within 5 business days.
If you disconnect your account or delete your Ozmaico profile, all Meta-derived access tokens, Instagram Professional Account IDs, and associated user data will be immediately and permanently purged from our servers. You can also revoke access at any time through your Facebook/Instagram settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our site. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
